To accept your admission, please sign and return the Admission Deposit Form that was mailed to you with your admission letter. The $100 deposit will be applied toward your tuition at the time of enrollment. This deposit is non-refundable and valid only for the term for which you have been admitted. Please do not confuse this with your $100 application fee that you have previously sent in with your application form.
If your deposit is not paid by the deadline indicated on the information included with your admission letter, your spot may be taken by another qualified applicant on the wait list. If you choose to not accept your admission into the College, please still mail in the Admissions Deposit Form with an explanation as to why you chose to decline.
Once Lakeview has received your admissions deposit form a program plan will be devised and you will be automatically registered for the appropriate courses.
