Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)

Lakeview College of Nursing is in compliance with the HIPAA regulations according to each clinical organization where the HIPAA Privacy Rules are in existence.  Students may be required by their assigned clinical placement to complete their HIPAA training.  HIPAA regulations, educational training, and certification are located on this website.
