Students to Participate in Research Study

We are currently conducting research regarding test anxiety.  Students who want to participate should complete this informed consent form.  The study's pre-test will be taken prior to the 1st ATI Content Mastery exam and a post-test will be taken immediately after the 1st ATI Content Mastery exam.
