LCN/EIU Student Health Insurance Fee: 

$109.95 (2009-2010 rate)

(For LCN/EIU Students Only - Must submit waiver and proof of other insurance to EIU Insurance Office to be exempt from charge)

 

 

Please Note:

LCN/EIU students may receive separate billing from EIU for student fees and fines.  LCN reimburses EIU $60 per credit hour (up to 12 credit hours per semester) for student fees reflected on EIU billing statement.  This reimbursement does not include any fees assessed by EIU for campus improvement, parking fees, library fees, etc.

*Clinical Dress Code

All students are to purchase a student uniform through the vendor specified by Lakeview College of Nursing.  The student uniform will consist of dark navy blue pants, white collared polo shirt with the LCN logo, and white lab coat with an LCN patch on left shoulder. The student uniform should fit the student properly.  White socks must be worn along with CLEAN white shoes with no color markings, closed toes and heels.  More information on appropriate clinical dress code will be provided following admission into the BSN program and is also available here
