Your username is your first initial and last name; your password is the letters "lcn" followed by the last four digits of your Social Security number. If your account was created on 3/16/11 or after your password is "lcn" followed by the last six digits of your Social Security number.

Notes: To enable POP or IMAP access to your account, login to GMail, go to "Settings" in the upper-right corner, and then "Forwarding and POP/IMAP". There you can enable POP or IMAP, and then you can access your account from an E-mail client like Thunderbird.
